Home Staging Action Plan
This usually takes less than 2 hours – I go through the home, inside and out, making notes in order of priority. This can include paint colours, flooring choices, furniture placement, organizing and editing of personal items. When I am finished, I go over my customized plan with your client to ensure they understand what I am suggesting and its importance. Cost is $195 for Niagara, Hamilton area and Ancaster; $250 for East of Burloak Drive including Oakville.
Rental of furniture and accessories starts at $1500 for living room, master, and dining room for one month including my fee. Contact me for a quote.
As for payment, some Realtors set themselves apart from the rest by offering this service free to their clients. Others offer to reimburse clients once the home has closed while some opt to pass on my info to potential clients.

Buyers are overwhelmed with all the choices they need to make when building a new home and as a Builder, you know that uninformed and snap decisions can cost thousands to fix. I work off of blueprints constantly and am frequently on building sites so I know what is current in today’s new build market. In this service option I can assess your floor plans, select exterior and interior finishes, and guide your buyers on selecting the wisest upgrades for their budget. I can go over your sales agreements and see where they have committed to spend money and look for any other key upgrades that may have been missed.
